Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the mailbox account you want to forward emails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
